I make the cooked meals stretch out longer by having small meals and snacks of fruit, applesauce, KIND bars, macaroons, and Starbucks drinks. (Hey, I said “mostly” Paleo!) Naturally, this does not work for everyone, so these meals may only last you a few days, but that’s something!
