Last year, I stopped writing in this blog for many reasons. A lot has changed since I was posting to this blog; my dad passed away, for one, and I’ve had a pretty severe ankle injury that I am still recovering from. So, crafting has been on the back-burner for quite a while. However, I am really proud of the posts that I did make and the ideas I’ve shared here, and wanted to make them available to anyone who wants to see them.
I am spending the summer in New Mexico; it’s been beautiful but really, a very hot summer that started with forest fires and weeks without rain. In a few weeks, I will be starting my final year of my BFA program, and I am working on the idea of doing a “History of the Tutu” themed Senior Project. I may be using this blog as a base, so some remodeling may happen soon. However, I wanted to see how it felt to be back on this blog. Recently, I’ve been trying the Paleo Diet with my boyfriend, and we’ve shared some of our experiences and recipes on our shared site, www.anearlyspring.com.
All of this is to say, hello, the posts are back online for now, and there may be more new content in the future.
Santa Fe Botanical Gardens; beautiful new place to visit!
